Eastern Mennonite Flames (Harrisonburg, VA) supporters left the game in high spirits Thursday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Massanutten Military Academy Colonels (Woodstock, VA), 3-0 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Flames battle the North Cross Raiders (Roanoke, VA) in a VISAA Division 3 match, on Tuesday, October 17. Eastern Mennonite will attempt to advance on its 7-5 season record. The Raiders come into the match with a 5-7 record after their 3-0 league win over Southwest Virginia Academy (Roanoke, VA).

With the loss, Massanutten Military Academy drops to 4-6 on the campaign. The Colonels travel to Mountain View Christian Academy (Winchester, VA) to battle the Conquerors in a non-league match on Tuesday, October 17. The Conquerors come into the match with a record of 13-2.
