The Mechanicsville Mustangs topped the visiting Henrico Warriors volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Thursday's league test.

The Mustangs now have a 8-14 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Atlee for a Capital test on Tuesday, October 17. Mechanicsville will confront a Raiders team coming off a 3-0 league win over Hanover (Mechanicsville, VA). The Raiders record now stands at 16-2.

The Warriors (1-15) will now prepare for their test against Armstrong (Richmond, VA). The Wildcats enter the Capital test with a 1-8 record. In their last test, Armstrong gained a win over Thomas Jefferson (Richmond, VA), 3-2, in a non-league test.
