The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the James River Knights (Buchanan, VA) and the visiting Radford Bobcats (Radford, VA), saw James River's volleyball squad beat Radford by a tally of 3-1.
With the win, James River upgrades its record to 11-7 on the year. The Knights travel to Patrick County (Stuart, VA) to play the Cougars in a Three Rivers bout on Tuesday, October 17. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 5-13. Patrick County lost 3-0 in their recent league bout against Carroll County (Hillsville, VA)
The Bobcats now own a 9-8 record. They play next when they host Floyd County for a Three Rivers bout on Tuesday, October 17.
