Texas High School Volleyball - Prestonwood Christian over John Paul II

The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the Prestonwood Christian Lions (Plano, TX) and the visiting John Paul II Cardinals (Plano, TX), saw Prestonwood Christian's volleyball squad beat John Paul II by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Prestonwood Christian upgrades its record to 30-4 on the year. The Lions travel to Trinity Christian (Addison, TX) to play the Trojans in a TAPPS 6A District 1 bout on Tuesday, October 17. The Trojans go into the bout with a record of 6-18.

The Cardinals now own a 26-12 record. They play next when they host Bishop Lynch for a TAPPS 6A District 1 bout on Tuesday, October 17. John Paul II will play a Friars squad coming off a 3-1 league win over Nolan Catholic (Fort Worth, TX). The Friars record now stands at 20-14.
