With the win, Starmont upgrades its record to 13-10 on the year. The Stars travel to Lisbon (Lisbon, IA) to play the Lions in a non-league bout on Saturday, October 14. The Lions go into the bout with a record of 25-4. Lisbon won 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Prince of Peace Prep (Clinton, IA)

The Wildcats now own a 13-14 record. They play next when they host Postville for a non-league bout on Monday, October 16. Maquoketa Valley will play a Pirates squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Clayton-Ridge (Guttenburg, IA). The Pirates record now stands at 0-19.
