The New Manna Christian Wind held off the visiting Victory Christian Cardinals volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Thursday's league test.

The Wind now have a 5-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Southview Christian for a NCCSA A District 1- West Region test on Monday, October 16. New Manna Christian will confront a Conquerors team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Cramerton Christian Academy (Cramerton, NC). The Conquerors record now stands at 6-8.

The Cardinals (12-4) will now prepare for their test against Bethel Christian Academy (Canton, NC). The enter the non-league test with a 0-3 record. In their last test, Bethel Christian Academy was nudged by Victory Christian (Sylva, NC), 3-0, in a non-league test.
