The Seaside Spartans volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting North Salinas Vikings to 2 in the Spartans league victory on Thursday.
The Spartans now possess a 12-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Greenfield for a Pacific Coast - Cypress game on Tuesday, October 17. Seaside will meet a Bruins team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Monte Vista Christian (Watsonville, CA). The Bruins record now stands at 8-15.
The Vikings (11-10) will now prepare for their game against North Monterey County (Castroville, CA). The Condors enter the Pacific Coast - Cypress game with a 3-9 record. In their last game, North Monterey County nipped Rancho San Juan (Salinas, CA), 3-1, in a league game.
