The Quemado Eagles prevailed the visiting Reserve Mountaineers volleyball team by a score of 3-1 in Thursday's league test.

The Eagles now have a 11-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mesilla Valley Christian School for a 1A District 2 test on Saturday, October 14. Quemado will confront a SonBlazers team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Capitan (Capitan, NM). The SonBlazers record now stands at 8-6.

The Mountaineers (4-8) will now prepare for their test against Mountainair (Mountainair, NM). The Mustangs enter the non-league test with a 0-13 record. In their last test, Mountainair dropped by Carrizozo (Carrizozo, NM), 3-0, in a league test.
