Ukiah Wildcats (Ukiah, CA) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the host Acalanes Dons (Lafayette, CA), 2-1 in a non-league test.

With the win, Ukiah improves its record to 19-9 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Carondelet (Concord, CA) to face the Cougars in a non-league test on Saturday, October 12. The Cougars go into the test with a record of 19-4. Carondelet lost 2-0 in their recent league test against Monte Vista (Danville, CA)

The Dons now own a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Campolindo for a test on Tuesday, October 15. Acalanes will face a Cougars squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Berean Christian (Walnut Creek, CA). The Cougars record now stands at 18-5.
