Nevada High School Volleyball - Sierra Lutheran over Battle Mountain

Fans at Saturday's league contest between the Sierra Lutheran Falcons (Carson City, NV) and the visiting Battle Mountain Longhorns (Battle Mountain, NV), observed Sierra Lutheran's volleyball team top Battle Mountain by a count of 2-0.

The Falcons (9-4) will now prepare for their contest against Silver Stage (Silver Springs, NV). The Nighthawks enter the contest with a 0-2 record. In their last contest, Silver Stage was knocked off by Battle Mountain (Battle Mountain, NV), 2-0, in a league contest.

Next, the Longhorns meet the Pershing County Mustangs (Lovelock, NV) in a non-league contest, on Friday, October 18. Battle Mountain will attempt to move on its 19-8 season record.
