New Mexico High School Soccer - Socorro knocks off Hot Springs

October 12, 2024: Truth or Consequences, NM 87901

In Saturday's league outing, the visiting Socorro Warriors soccer squad scored a tight 6-1 victory over the Hot Springs Tigers.

The Warriors (5-12) will now prepare for their outing against Ruidoso (Ruidoso, NM). The Warriors go into the A/3A District 3/4 outing with a 3-11 record. In their last outing, Ruidoso got by Hot Springs (Truth or Consequences, NM), 7-1, in a league outing.

Next up, the Tigers play the Hatch Valley Bears (Hatch, NM) in a A/3A District 3/4 outing, on Tuesday, October 15. Hot Springs will attempt to improve on its 3-10 season record. The Bears go into the outing with a 7-10 record after their 4-3 league loss to New Mexico Military Institute (Roswell, NM).
