In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Columbia Central Golden Eagles volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Adrian Maples.
The Golden Eagles (10-13) will now prepare for their challenge against Northwest (Jackson, MI). The Mounties come into the non-league challenge with a 8-13 record. In their last challenge, Northwest lost by Western (Parma, MI), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Maples play the Jackson Vikings (Jackson, MI) in a South Eastern - White challenge, on Tuesday, October 15. Adrian will attempt to upgrade on its 11-17 season record. The Vikings come into the challenge with a 6-13 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Portland (Portland, MI).
