In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Sacred Heart Academy volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Algoma Christian Knights.

The (22-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Heritage Christian Academy (Kalamazoo, MI). The Eagles enter the non-league challenge with a 2-9 record. In their last challenge, Heritage Christian Academy beat Barry County Christian (Hastings, MI), 3-2, in a league challenge.

Next, the Knights meet the Fellowship Baptist Academy Falcons (Carson City, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, October 12. Algoma Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 11-6 season record. The Falcons enter the challenge with a 21-13 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Garden City (Garden City, MI).
