The Grosse Pointe North Norsemen edged the visiting Algonac Muskrats volleyball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league game.
Next up, the Norsemen confront the Sterling Heights Stevenson Titans (Sterling Heights, MI) in a Macomb Area - White game, on Tuesday, October 15. Grosse Pointe North will attempt to advance on its 11-12 season record. The Titans go into the game with a 4-18 record after their 3-2 league loss to Utica (Utica, MI).
The Muskrats (7-21) will now prepare for their game against Richmond (Richmond, MI). The Blue Devils go into the Blue Water Area game with a 29-11 record. In their last game, Richmond nudged Almont (Almont, MI), 2-0, in a league game.
