California High School Volleyball - Milpitas can't hold off Branham

In Saturday's non-league match, the Branham Bruins (San Jose, CA) volleyball squad tipped the visiting Milpitas Trojans (Milpitas, CA), by a count of 2-1.

Next up, the Bruins battle the Pioneer Mustangs (San Jose, CA) in a BVAL - Mt. Hamilton match, on Monday, October 14. Branham will attempt to move on its 20-4 season record. The Mustangs enter the match with a 18-5 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Harker (San Jose, CA).

The Trojans (21-7) will now prepare for their match against Cupertino (Cupertino, CA). The Pioneers enter the Santa Clara Valley - El Camino match with a 12-11 record. In their last match, Cupertino held off Wilcox (Santa Clara, CA), 3-0, in a league match.
