South Carolina High School Volleyball - Community Christian Academy can't get by Laurens Academy

The Laurens Academy Crusaders edged the visiting Community Christian Academy Ambassadors volleyball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league game.

Next up, the Crusaders confront the Cambridge Academy Cougars (Greenwood, SC) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, October 15. Laurens Academy will attempt to advance on its 22-3 season record. The Cougars go into the game with a 17-3 record after their 3-0 league win over Richard Winn Academy (Winnsboro, SC).

The Ambassadors (18-3) will now prepare for their game against Victory Christian (North Augusta, SC). The Vikings go into the SCACS 1A Region 2-A game with a 2-1 record. In their last game, Victory Christian nudged Orangeburg Christian Academy (Orangeburg, SC), 3-0, in a non-league game.
