The Wildcats now possess a 26-8 record. They play next when they host Elk Point-Jefferson for a non-league bout on Saturday, October 12. Northwestern Area will clash with a Huskies team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Viborg/Hurley (Viborg, SD). The Huskies record now stands at 21-2.

With the loss, Herreid/Selby drops to 12-12 on the campaign. The Wolverines host Faulkton (Faulkton, SD) to clash with the Trojans in a B Region 6 bout on Tuesday, October 15. The Trojans come into the bout with a record of 12-12. Faulkton lost 2-1 in their recent non-league bout against Wolsey-Wessington (Wolsey, SD)
