Kansas High School Volleyball - South Gray over Kiowa County

In Saturday's league challenge, the visiting South Gray Rebels volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Kiowa County Mavericks.

The Rebels (27-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Meade (Meade, KS). The Buffaloes come into the non-league challenge with a 17-10 record. In their last challenge, Meade lost by South Central (Coldwater, KS), 2-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Mavericks meet the Bucklin Red Aces (Bucklin, KS) in a Southern Plains-Iroquois challenge, on Saturday, October 12. Kiowa County will attempt to upgrade on its 8-21 season record. The Red Aces come into the challenge with a 15-12 record after their 2-0 league loss to South Gray (Montezuma, KS).
