South Dakota High School Volleyball - Northwestern Area over Leola/Frederick

In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Northwestern Area Wildcats volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Leola/Frederick Titans.

The Wildcats (26-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Herreid/Selby (Herreid, SD). The Wolverines enter the non-league challenge with a 12-10 record. In their last challenge, Herreid/Selby beat North Central (Eureka, SD), 3-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Titans meet the Mobridge-Pollock Tigers (Mobridge, SD) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, October 12. Leola/Frederick will attempt to upgrade on its 3-16 season record. The Tigers enter the challenge with a 16-4 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Groton (Groton, SD).
