With the win, North Iowa advances its record to 22-5 on the season. The Bison host Estherville Lincoln Central (Estherville, IA) to face the Midgets in a test on Saturday, October 12. The Midgets go into the test with a record of 10-15. Estherville Lincoln Central lost 3-2 in their recent league test against Spirit Lake (Spirit Lake, IA)

The Wolverines now sport a 15-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Mary's for a non-league test on Tuesday, October 15. West Bend-Mallard will face a Hawks squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Akron-Westfield (Akron, IA). The Hawks record now stands at 7-16.
