The West Hancock Eagles edged the visiting North Union Warriors volleyball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league game.
Next up, the Eagles face the North Butler Bearcats (Greene, IA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, October 17. West Hancock will attempt to upgrade on its 1-25 season record. The Bearcats enter the challenge with a 7-19 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Nashua-Plainfield (Nashua, IA).
Next, the Warriors meet the Estherville Lincoln Central Midgets (Estherville, IA) in a challenge, on Saturday, October 12. North Union will attempt to upgrade on its 5-17 season record.
