Kansas High School Volleyball - Norton over Russell

In Saturday's league challenge, the visiting Norton Bluejays volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Russell Broncos.

The Bluejays (25-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Oakley (Oakley, KS). The Plainsmen enter the Mid-Continent challenge with a 22-6 record. In their last challenge, Oakley beat Smith Center (Smith Center, KS), 2-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Broncos meet the Ellis Railroaders (Ellis, KS) in a Mid-Continent challenge, on Saturday, October 12. Russell will attempt to upgrade on its 15-18 season record. The Railroaders enter the challenge with a 18-11 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Victoria (Victoria, KS).
