In Saturday's league challenge, the host West Jefferson Panthers volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Salmon Savages.

The Panthers (8-13) will now prepare for their challenge against North Fremont (Ashton, ID). The Huskies enter the 3A Nuclear challenge with a 11-13 record. In their last challenge, North Fremont was beaten by Firth (Firth, ID), 3-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Savages meet the Ririe Bulldogs (Ririe, ID) in a 3A Nuclear challenge, on Tuesday, October 15. Salmon will attempt to upgrade on its 3-20 season record. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a 14-6 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to South Fremont (St. Anthony, ID).
