In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Wayne Falcons volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Seymour Warriors.

The Falcons (10-12) will now prepare for their challenge against Central Decatur (Leon, IA). The Cardinals enter the challenge with a 5-11 record. In their last challenge, Central Decatur was beaten by Lamoni (Lamoni, IA), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Warriors meet the Diagonal Maroons (Diagonal, IA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, October 15. Seymour will attempt to upgrade on its 13-10 season record. The Maroons enter the challenge with a 2-17 record after their 3-0 league loss to Mormon Trail (Garden Grove, IA).
