In Sunday's non-league challenge, the visiting Wisconsin School for the Deaf Firebirds volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Oklahoma School for the Deaf Bison.
The Firebirds (13-6) will now prepare for their challenge against New Mexico School for the Deaf (Santa Fe, NM). The Roadrunners go into the non-league test with a 9-7 record. In their last test, New Mexico School for the Deaf achieved victory over Varsity Opponent (, ), 2-0, in a non-league test.
The Bison now own a 1-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Kansas School for the Deaf for a non-league test on Sunday, October 12. Oklahoma School for the Deaf will face a Jackrabbits squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Oklahoma School for the Deaf (Sulphur, OK). The Jackrabbits record now stands at 5-8.
