The Tyrone Golden Eagles soccer team scored 6 points and limited the visiting Huntingdon Bearcats to 1 in the Golden Eagles league victory on Thursday.

Next, the Golden Eagles face the Conemaugh Township Indians (Davidsville, PA) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, October 15. Tyrone will attempt to better on its 8-6 season record. The Indians enter the contest with a 10-5 record after their 4-2 non-league win over Cambria Heights (Patton, PA).

The Bearcats now have a 0-13 record. They take the field next when they host Clearfield for a Mountain League contest on Monday, October 17. Huntingdon will face a Bison team coming off a 5-0 league win over Bellefonte (Bellefonte, PA). The Bison record now stands at 13-2.
