The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the Sonora Wildcats (Sonora, CA) and the host Argonaut Mustangs (Jackson, CA), saw Sonora's volleyball squad beat Argonaut by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Sonora upgrades its record to 4-3 on the year.

The Mustangs now own a 9-12 record. They play next when they travel to Summerville for a bout on Tuesday, October 18. Argonaut will play a Bears squad coming off a 2-1 league loss to Bret Harte (Angels Camp, CA). The Bears record now stands at 3-2.
