The Burlingame Panthers held off the host Sequoia Ravens volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Thursday's league test.
The Panthers now have a 13-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hillsdale for a test on Tuesday, October 18. Burlingame will confront a FIGHTING KNIGHTS team coming off a 2-0 league win over Terra Nova (Pacifica, CA). The FIGHTING KNIGHTS record now stands at 11-11.
The Ravens (5-12) will now prepare for their test against Menlo-Atherton (Atherton, CA). The Bears enter the contest with a 13-9 record. In their last contest, Menlo-Atherton edged Aragon (San Mateo, CA), 2-0, in a league contest.
