The Jamestown Eagles volleyball team (Williamsburg, VA), went down 2-0 in Thursday's league challenge with the host New Kent Trojans (New Kent, VA)

The Trojans (14-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Poquoson (Poquoson, VA). The Islanders come into the challenge with a 10-1 record. In their last challenge, Poquoson defeated Tabb (Yorktown, VA), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Eagles encounter the Smithfield Packers (Smithfield, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, October 18. Jamestown will attempt to move on its 5-7 season record. The Packers come into the challenge with a 0-12 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Grafton (Yorktown, VA).
