The Rio Rancho Rams held off the host Volcano Vista Hawks volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Rams now have a 15-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cibola for a non-league test on Tuesday, October 18. Rio Rancho will confront a Cougars team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Atrisco Heritage Academy (Albuquerque, NM). The Cougars record now stands at 9-2.
The Hawks (10-5) will now prepare for their test against Atrisco Heritage Academy (Albuquerque, NM). The Jaguars enter the non-league test with a 2-10 record. In their last test, Atrisco Heritage Academy was nudged by Cleveland (Rio Rancho, NM), 2-0, in a non-league test.
