The Thornton Academy Trojans topped the host South Portland Red Riots volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Trojans now have a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bonny Eagle for a non-league test on Friday, October 14.
The Red Riots (7-5) will now prepare for their test against Kennebunk (Kennebunk, ME). The Rams enter the non-league test with a 1-1 record.
