The West Cabarrus Wolverines soccer team (Concord, NC), 5-1 in Thursday's league outing with the host Lake Norman Wildcats (Mooresville, NC)
With the win, Lake Norman advances its record to 13-1 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Hickory Ridge (Harrisburg, NC) to play the Ragin' Bulls in a Greater Metro 4A outing on Tuesday, October 18. The Ragin' Bulls go into the outing with a record of 12-1.
The Wolverines now have a 10-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to A.L. Brown for a Greater Metro 4A challenge on Tuesday, October 18. West Cabarrus will face a Wonders team coming off a 5-3 league loss to Lake Norman (Mooresville, NC). The Wonders record now stands at 8-8.
