The Mohonasen Warriors soccer team (Schenectady, NY), 3-0 in Thursday's league outing with the visiting Voorheesville Blackbirds (Voorheesville, NY)
With the win, Voorheesville advances its record to 13-1 on the campaign. The Blackbirds host La Salle Institute (Troy, NY) to play the Cadets in a Colonial Council outing on Friday, October 14. The Cadets go into the outing with a record of 10-2.
In their next game, the Warriors play the Guilderland Flying Dutchman (Guilderland Center, NY) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, October 15. Mohonasen will attempt to advance on its 2-12 season record. The Flying Dutchman go into the outing with a 10-3 record after their 1-0 league loss to Columbia (East Greenbush, NY).
