The Northgate Broncos volleyball team (Walnut Creek, CA), was dropped 3-1 in Thursday's league challenge with the host Acalanes Dons (Lafayette, CA)
The Dons (19-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Las Lomas (Walnut Creek, CA). The Knights enter the Diablo-Foothill challenge with a 18-11 record. In their last challenge, Las Lomas was dropped by Campolindo (Moraga, CA), 3-0, in a league challenge.
Next, the Broncos meet the Miramonte Matadors (Orinda, CA) in a Diablo-Foothill challenge, on Tuesday, October 18. Northgate will attempt to move on its 19-11 season record. The Matadors enter the challenge with a 12-6 record after their 3-1 league win over Benicia (Benicia, CA).
