The Lord Botetourt Cavaliers volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Fleming Colonels to 0 in the Cavaliers league victory on Thursday.
The Cavaliers now possess a 13-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Franklin County for a Blue Ridge game on Tuesday, October 18. Lord Botetourt will meet a Eagles team coming off a 3-2 league loss to Byrd (Vinton, VA). The Eagles record now stands at 7-9.
The Colonels (0-15) will now prepare for their game against Patrick Henry (Roanoke, VA). The Patriots enter the non-league game with a 17-4 record. In their last game, Patrick Henry was dropped by Christiansburg (Christiansburg, VA), 3-2, in a league game.
