In Thursday's league battle, the host Independence 76ers volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the San Jose Bulldogs.
The 76ers (11-4) will now prepare for their battle against Live Oak (Morgan Hill, CA). The Acorns come into the BVAL - West Valley battle with a 12-2 record. In their last battle, Live Oak achieved victory over Overfelt (San Jose, CA), 3-1, in a league battle.
Next, the Bulldogs encounter the Overfelt Royals (San Jose, CA) in a BVAL - West Valley battle, on Tuesday, October 18. San Jose will attempt to advance on its 7-13 season record. The Royals come into the battle with a 7-7 record after their 3-1 league loss to Live Oak (Morgan Hill, CA).
