The Seneca Fighting Irish volleyball team (Seneca, IL), was dropped 2-0 in Thursday's non-league challenge with the visiting Marquette Crusaders (Ottawa, IL)

The Crusaders (23-6) will now prepare for their challenge against St. Bede (Peru, IL). The Bruins enter the non-league challenge with a 10-20 record. In their last challenge, St. Bede was dropped by Rosary (Aurora, IL), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Fighting Irish meet the Manteno Panthers (Manteno, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, October 15. Seneca will attempt to move on its 15-8 season record. The Panthers enter the challenge with a 13-10 record after their 2-0 league loss to Peotone (Peotone, IL).
