The Niles West Wolves volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Niles North Vikings to 1 in the Wolves non-league victory on Thursday.
The Wolves now have a 18-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Maine South for a Central Suburban game on Tuesday, October 18. Niles West will confront a Hawks team coming off a 2-0 league win over Evanston (Evanston, IL). The Hawks record now stands at 11-16.
The Vikings (12-21) will now prepare for their game against Deerfield (Deerfield, IL). The Warriors enter the Central Suburban game with a 15-15 record. In their last outing, Deerfield edged Grayslake North (Grayslake, IL), 2-0, in a non-league outing.
