The Mercy Culture Prep Royals walloped the host Reicher Catholic Cougars football team by a count of 78-10 in Friday's league outing.

With the win, Mercy Culture Prep upgrades its record to 5-2 on the season. The Royals host Sacred Heart (Muenster, TX) to encounter the Tigers in a TAPPS Division IV District 1 outing on Friday, October 20. The Tigers go into the outing with a record of 4-3. Sacred Heart won 17-14 in their recent league outing against Temple Christian (Fort Worth, TX)

With the loss, Reicher Catholic moves to 0-7 on the season. The Cougars travel to Bishop Gorman (Tyler, TX) to encounter the Crusaders in a TAPPS Division IV District 1 outing on Friday, October 20. The Crusaders go into the outing with a record of 1-6. Bishop Gorman lost 55-0 in their recent league outing against Lubbock Christian (Lubbock, TX)
