The Haysville Campus Colts (Wichita, KS) football defeated the host Newton Railroaders (Newton, KS), 30-20 in Friday's non-league bout.

In their next game, the Colts face the Maize Eagles (Maize, KS) in a non-league bout, on Friday, October 20. Haysville Campus will attempt to move on its 2-5 season record. The Eagles enter the bout with a 2-5 record after their 36-17 non-league loss to Hutchinson (Hutchinson, KS).

The Railroaders (3-4) will now prepare for their bout against Derby (Derby, KS). The Panthers enter the non-league bout with a 6-1 record. In their last bout, Derby defeated Maize South (Wichita, KS), 35-27, in a non-league bout.
