Texas High School Volleyball - Pilot Point overwhelmed by Boyd

In Friday's league battle, the visiting Boyd Yellowjackets volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Pilot Point Bearcats.

The Yellowjackets (27-7) will now prepare for their battle against Ponder (Ponder, TX). The Lions come into the 3A Region II District 10 battle with a 27-8 record. In their last battle, Ponder achieved victory over S & S Consolidated (Sadler, TX), 3-1, in a league battle.

Next, the Bearcats clash with the Whitesboro Bearcats (Whitesboro, TX) in a 3A Region II District 10 battle, on Friday, October 20. Pilot Point will attempt to advance on its 1-26 season record. The Bearcats come into the battle with a 20-20 record after their 3-2 league loss to Paradise (Paradise, TX).
