Texas High School Volleyball - George Ranch over Fort Bend Hightower

The crowd at Friday's league bout between the George Ranch Longhorns (Richmond, TX) and the visiting Fort Bend Hightower Hurricanes (Missouri City, TX), saw George Ranch's volleyball squad beat Fort Bend Hightower by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, George Ranch upgrades its record to 22-16 on the year. The Longhorns travel to Fort Bend Dulles (Sugar Land, TX) to play the Vikings in a 6A Region III District 20 bout on Tuesday, October 17. The Vikings go into the bout with a record of 3-23. Fort Bend Dulles lost 3-2 in their recent league contest against Fort Bend Hightower (Missouri City, TX)

With the loss, Fort Bend Hightower drops to 16-16 on the campaign. The Hurricanes host Fort Bend Elkins (Missouri City, TX) to battle the Knights in a 6A Region III District 20 contest on Tuesday, October 17. The Knights come into the contest with a record of 19-13. Fort Bend Elkins won 3-0 in their recent league contest against Fort Bend Bush (Richmond, TX)
