The Lakeview Lakers prevailed the host Yellow Medicine East Sting volleyball team by a score of 3-1 in Friday's league test.

The Lakers now have a 8-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Central Minnesota Christian for a Camden test on Monday, October 16. Lakeview will confront a Bluejays team coming off a 3-0 league win over Lac qui Parle Valley (Madison, MN). The Bluejays record now stands at 12-10.

The Sting (2-16) will now prepare for their test against Westbrook-Walnut Grove (Westbrook, MN). The Chargers enter the non-league test with a 20-4 record. In their last test, Westbrook-Walnut Grove gained a win over Pipestone (Pipestone, MN), 3-0, in a non-league test.
