California High School Flag Football - Colfax tops Wheatland

The Colfax Falcons flag football squad scored 20 points and limited the visiting Wheatland Pirates to 0 in the Falcons league triumph on Monday.

The Falcons now have a 14-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Gridley for a Pioneer Valley League challenge on Wednesday, October 15. Colfax will face a Bulldogs team coming off a 32-6 league win over Mira Loma (Sacramento, CA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 6-4.

With the defeat, Wheatland falls to 11-7 on the year. The Pirates host Mira Loma (Sacramento, CA) to face the Matadors in a Pioneer Valley League game on Wednesday, October 15. The Matadors enter the game with a record of 3-16. Mira Loma lost 32-6 in their recent league game against Gridley (Gridley, CA)
