In Monday's non-league contest, the Palisades Pirates (Kintnersville, PA) soccer team edged the visiting Moravian Academy Lions (Bethlehem, PA), by a tally of 1-0.
The Pirates now hold a 14-1 record. They play next when they travel to Southern Lehigh for a Colonial challenge on Wednesday, October 15. Palisades will encounter a Spartans squad coming off a 4-0 league win over Moravian Academy (Bethlehem, PA). The Spartans record now stands at 10-4.
With the loss, Moravian Academy moves to 8-7 on the year.
