With the triumph, Myers Park moves its record to 12-1 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Hopewell (Huntersville, NC) to confront the Titans in a Greater Charlotte 7A/8A outing on Wednesday, October 15. The Titans go into the outing with a record of 6-10. Hopewell won 3-0 in their recent non-league outing against Mallard Creek (Charlotte, NC)

Next up, the Wildcats confront the Butler Bulldogs (Matthews, NC) in a non-league outing, on Tuesday, October 14. Garinger will attempt to improve on its 11-6 season record. The Bulldogs go into the outing with a 3-10 record after their 5-0 non-league loss to Hough (Cornelius, NC).
