In Monday's league match, the North Wilkes Vikings (Hays, NC) volleyball squad prevailed the visiting Alleghany Trojans (Sparta, NC), by a margin of 3-0.
The Vikings now possess a 19-4 record. They play next when they travel to West Wilkes for a non-league bout on Tuesday, October 14. North Wilkes will clash with a Blackhawks team coming off a 3-0 league loss to North Wilkes (Hays, NC). The Blackhawks record now stands at 7-10.
With the loss, Alleghany drops to 2-21 on the campaign.
