In Monday's league challenge, the host Winter Haven Christian Warriors volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Families Instructing Students HomeSchool Hawks.

The Warriors (18-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Excel Christian Academy (Lakeland, FL). The Spartans enter the Mid-Florida Athletic Conference challenge with a 7-5 record. In their last challenge, Excel Christian Academy beat Candlelight Christian Academy (Lake Wales, FL), 3-2, in a league challenge.

Next, the Hawks meet the American Youth Academy Eagles (Tampa, FL) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, October 14. Families Instructing Students HomeSchool will attempt to improve on its 13-14 season record. The Eagles go into the test with a 1-14 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Brooks DeBartolo Collegiate (Tampa, FL).
