The Mallard Creek Mavericks volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting West Charlotte Lions to 0 in the Mavericks non-league triumph on Monday.
The Mavericks now possess a 6-21 record. They play next when they travel to North Mecklenburg for a non-league outing on Tuesday, October 14. Mallard Creek will play a Vikings team coming off a 3-0 league win over West Charlotte (Charlotte, NC). The Vikings record now stands at 17-5.
With the loss, West Charlotte drops to 7-11 on the campaign.
