The Menahga Braves volleyball squad (Menahga, MN), was tipped 3-2 in Monday's non-league challenge with the visiting Nevis Tigers (Nevis, MN)
The Tigers (15-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Laporte (Laporte, MN). The Wildcats enter the Northwoods challenge with a 8-6 record. In their last challenge, Laporte got by Clearbrook-Gonvick (Clearbrook, MN), 3-1, in a league challenge.
Next, the Braves meet the Verndale Pirates (Verndale, MN) in a Park Region challenge, on Tuesday, October 14. Menahga will attempt to upgrade on its 9-11 season record. The Pirates enter the challenge with a 6-10 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Laporte (Laporte, MN).
